About the book

Temi had always wanted to write but never had a reason to. Along came breast cancer and she had a reason to write. She wanted to share her experience with the world. “If we can touch lives with our stories,” she said, “we draw people to God and that’s our main purpose on earth. Tell the story!”

Temi kept a journal, chronicling her experiences on her cancer journey so starting this book was not so hard, but she did not get to finish it before her death. Her story was completed by her sister, Susannah, who was also fighting her own cancer battle.

Temi’s story is one of encouragement and hope to anyone who may be going through a cancer journey or who has a loved one diagnosed with cancer. This is not just another cancer patient’s experience but is also a story of   God’s faithfulness. It’s a story about how God shows His love for His children in seasons of pain and how He journeys with them. This is a story about Temi’s victory over cancer. Temi drew strength and encouragement from the Scriptures and her faith in God was built as she found A Love Worth Having.
